Assist clients with ADLs and IADLs, delivering long-term services and supports provided according to the plans selected at clients’ homes or in a care facility. Duties performed at a place of residence may include personal care, companionship, dietary assistance, respiratory therapy, light housekeeping, linens and laundry, errands, transportation, health maintenance, envoy, and security. May advise families, elderly, convalescents, and persons with disabilities regarding nutrition, cleanliness, and household activities. This role has the following tasks.

• Administer bedside or personal care such as personal hygiene assistance
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Care for individuals or families during periods of incapacitation, family disruption, or convalescence, providing companionship, personal care, or help in adjusting to new lifestyles.
• Perform healthcare-related tasks such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses or physiotherapists.
• Transport clients to locations outside the home using a motor vehicle.
• Instruct or advise clients on issues such as household cleanliness, utilities, hygiene, nutrition, or infant care.
• Participate in case of reviews, consulting with the team caring for the client, to evaluate clients’ needs and plan for continuing services.
• Train family members to provide bedside care.
• Serve food to clients outside of a restaurant environment.
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and those guidelines, such as those for special diets, are followed.
• Clean or sterilize dishes, kitchen utensils, equipment, or facilities.
• Place food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions.
• Load trays with accessories such as eating utensils, napkins, or condiments.
• Prepare food items, such as sandwiches, salads, soups, or beverages.
• Monitor food preparation or serving techniques to ensure proper procedures are followed.

This position will be hired to manage the administrative operations including but not limited to planning, directing, and coordinating social service or community outreach program. Possibility to convert to an open-ended contract, subject to business conditions and individual performance.

Competencies

• Excellent in English and Indonesian language skills (read, written, and spoken).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Intermediate proficiency in content creating.
• Candidate with good presentation and communication skills.
• Candidate must be methodical and thorough with a focus on detail and completion of tasks.
• Candidate to exhibit interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
• Candidate must be willingness to learn and apply new skills.

Experience / Qualifications

• Candidate with Business and Hospitality Administration major.
• Master’s degree with at least 5 years of related working experiences.
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience in non-profit organization, higher-education institution.
• Teaching experience in higher education setting, with major related to hospitality, public relations, and tourism is a must.

Requirement

• Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
• Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
• Working under deadline (including in shift and overtime).
• Own car for travelling and meeting with clients.
